Ready to Get Started?
And would like to ask questions first. Your welcome to share and we will connect with you.
One place per family (parent, grandparent, foster carer, for example)
What might happen if you had a little more space to slow down and really notice your family?
Not to find the perfect answer.
Not to become a "better" parent.
Not to follow another parenting programme.
But to pause, reflect, share, experiment and discover what may support greater connection and wellbeing within your own family.
The 8-Week Online Journey of the 7-Seeds framework is a small, facilitated online experience for parents and caregivers who want to explore family life with greater curiosity, compassion and connection.
Across eight weeks, we will use the emerging 7-Seeds framework as seven invitations to pause and notice:
🌱 Safety — What helps us (adult/child) to feel secure?
🌱 Connection — What helps us to feel close?
🌱 Regulation — What helps us to return to a state of peace?
🌱 Rhythm — What patterns support our family life?
🌱 Environment — What is our environment inviting?
🌱 Belonging — Where do we feel that we belong?
🌱 Leadership — How does the adult's awareness influence family life?
There is no prescribed way to complete the journey.
There are no perfect answers.
And there is no expectation that you change everything.
Instead, we will create a supportive space where you can notice what is already happening, reflect on what you discover and explore one small possibility at a time.
Each week, we will gather online for a 90-minute facilitated conversation.
A typical session may include:
Arrive, breathe and create space away from the busyness of everyday life.
Consider what you are observing within your family, relationships, routines and environment.
Explore what your observations might be telling you.
Listen to different experiences within a small, supportive group.
Where it feels appropriate, choose one small possibility to explore during the week.
Return to what happened and consider what you learned.
The aim isn't to get everything right.
The learning is in the noticing.
The seven Seeds provide the heart of the journey, with an additional opening and integration session.
Meet the group, explore the Rooted Together approach and consider what you would like to notice during the journey.
What helps us feel secure?
What helps us feel close?
What helps us return to ourselves?
What patterns support our family life?
What is our environment inviting?
Where do we belong, and how does the adult's awareness influence family life?
Look back at what you have noticed, what you have explored and what you may want to continue carrying forward.

You don't need to arrive with a problem.
You might be:
feeling overwhelmed;
navigating a transition;
wondering about your child's growing independence;
exploring Montessori-informed practice at home;
wanting to understand your family rhythms;
looking for a supportive community;
or simply curious about your family through fresh eyes, ears and heart.
Natasha's role is to listen, observe, question, facilitate, guide and accompany.
She may bring Montessori-informed perspectives or other relevant observations into the conversation, but the intention is not to tell you what your family should do.
It is to create space for you to explore what may work for your family.
The 7-Seeds framework is being developed through Natasha's Master's in Creative Practice and ongoing action research.
This means this journey is not presented as a finished or proven parenting method.
It is an opportunity to explore the emerging framework in relationship with families, while Natasha continues to reflect on and develop her facilitation practice.
The action-research cycle remains at the heart of the experience:
What you notice matters.
Your questions matter.
Your experience matters.
And what emerges from the journey will help inform the continuing development of Rooted Together.
Together, we'll notice what is already working, explore what feels challenging, experiment with small possibilities and discover what you want to continue exploring.

Be • Play • Grow • Together
Every family has its own relationships, rhythms, strengths and challenges.
One-to-One Walk With Your Family offers three relaxed consultations with Natasha for parents who would like a little more space to slow down, observe what is happening within family life and explore what might support greater connection, confidence and wellbeing.
Drawing on Natasha's Montessori experience, early years practice and relationship-centred creative practice, we will look together at your family's particular experience rather than beginning with a prescribed parenting approach.
You might simply be wondering:
Why do some parts of family life feel harder than others?
How might our daily rhythm feel more manageable?
What could support my child's growing independence?
What is our home environment communicating or inviting?
How can we strengthen connection when family life feels busy?
What am I noticing about myself as a parent?
Where might one small change make a difference?
There is no expectation that you arrive with all the answers.
And there is no expectation that Natasha will provide them.
Depending on what you bring, we may explore:
your child's development and emerging interests;
relationships and connection;
daily rhythms and routines;
the home environment;
independence and practical family life;
play and creativity;
respectful communication;
emotional regulation and family wellbeing;
the emerging 7-Seeds framework as a lens for reflection.
A relaxed 50-minute discovery conversation to listen to your experience, understand what you are noticing and identify what you would like to explore.
Together we reflect on what is emerging.
Where appropriate, Natasha may offer Montessori-informed observations, perspectives or questions that help you look at your family experience from a fresh angle.
Rather than creating a long list of things to change, we identify one or two small, realistic possibilities to explore.
You then have space to notice what happens before we revisit the experience together.

This isn't about being told how to parent.
The intention is to create a space where you can:
Listen
to what your family experience is telling you.
Observe
what is happening without immediately trying to fix it.
Reflect
on what you notice in yourself, your child and your relationships.
Explore
different possibilities without needing to find a perfect answer.
Experiment
with one small, realistic change where it feels useful.
Revisit
what happened and what you learned.
Grow
your understanding of what works for your family.
Natasha brings professional knowledge, experience, curiosity and a reflective perspective.
Her role is not to take over.
It is to listen, observe, question, guide and accompany.
