Growing Together Begins With Relationship
Parenting can feel overwhelming.
There is no shortage of advice telling us what we should be doing, how our children should behave and what a "good" family should look like.
Rooted Together offers something different.
Rather than beginning with another list of parenting techniques, we create a space where parents can slow down, observe, reflect and explore their own family experience.
The emerging 7-Seeds framework provides a set of lenses through which we can consider family wellbeing — not as a formula to follow, but as invitations to notice what may be happening within our relationships, routines and environments.
Whether you begin independently, join a group or work with Natasha one-to-one, you are warmly welcome here.

WHO AM I?
I'm a Montessori Guide, early years educator and creative practitioner with more than 20 years' experience working alongside children and their families.
The seed of Rooted Together was planted through years of observing children, families and the environments in which relationships develop.
Over time, I began to recognise something that has increasingly shaped my practice:
parents don't necessarily need another expert telling them what to do.
They may need a listening ear, a thoughtful question, encouragement to pause and someone willing to look alongside them at what is actually happening.
Rooted Together has grown from that understanding.
My role isn't to have all the answers.
It is to listen, observe, facilitate, question and accompany while parents explore what may work for their particular family.
I am currently developing Rooted Together through my Master's in Creative Practice with the Make Happen Institute and Plymouth University, using action research and reflective practice to explore how a relationship-centred approach might support family wellbeing.
My professional experience continues to inform this work through Montessori philosophy, early years practice, attachment-informed perspectives, nervous-system awareness, creativity and the potential of nature and community to support connection.
But Rooted Together is not about placing all of these ideas into one prescribed parenting programme.
It is about exploring what becomes possible when we slow down enough to notice.
I'm still learning too.
Rooted Together is an evolving creative practice.
The families I work alongside, the questions they bring and my own reflections as a practitioner all contribute to its development.
