HOW WE CAN WALK TOGETHER
Three Ways to Begin
Rooted Together offers different ways to enter the conversation.
You don't need to know exactly what you need before you begin.
🌿 Explore For Yourself
7-Seeds Parent Companion Guide
A gentle companion for reflection at home.
An introduction to the Rooted Together philosophy and the emerging 7-Seeds framework.
Use it at your own pace to pause, notice and consider what is happening within your family.
🌿 Explore Together
7-Seeds Online Community Experience
A small online group where parents meet weekly to pause, reflect, share experiences and explore together.
Across eight weeks, we will use the seven Seeds as invitations for conversation and reflection.
The experience will include:
small-group Zoom gatherings;
facilitated conversation;
reflective questions;
opportunities to share experiences;
small personal or family experiments;
time to notice what happens between sessions;
space to revisit and reflect.
This is not a parenting course.
You will not be given a list of things you must change.
The intention is to create a supportive environment where you can explore your own family experience with curiosity and without judgement.
The group itself will also contribute to the continuing development of Rooted Together through Natasha's action research and reflective practice.
🌿Explore With Natasha
One-to-One Family Consultancy
Personalised online support — and local home consultancy where appropriate — to explore your family's particular experiences.
Depending on what you bring, we may explore:
daily rhythms;
relationships;
home environment;
child development;
independence;
practical family life;
emotional regulation;
the 7-Seeds framework.
Our conversations begin with what you are noticing, rather than assuming there is a problem that needs fixing.
Natasha may share Montessori-informed perspectives, observations, questions or possibilities where these are relevant.
The intention is to support you to consider what may work for your family.

Making sense of what you notice.
Exploring
Considering possible responses rather than prescribing one.
